Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
   If your product arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we'll take care of it.
   Opened or used products cannot be returned.

2. Timeline
   You have 14 days after receipt to contact us.

3. How to Request
   Send us a message at contact@getbiostudio.com with your order number and a few photos.
   We'll get back to you quickly.

4. Shipping Costs
   If the issue is on our end, we cover the return shipping.
   Otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

5. Refund
   After we receive and verify your return, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

6. Packages Marked as Delivered
   If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, you'll need to open an inquiry with the carrier.
